Not much........ spent some time with family....... got a new friend to join the forum today and wanted to make sure he saw this thread .......

Maybe we need a thread started that is ONLY trainer stories.... not company specific..... there's another thread that comes to mind that would be great to put with this one.......... just a thought.....

AND ---- a thread for driver trainers to relate THEIR students from down under stories.

SOME where SOME time, those trainers were trainees. Ever wonder WHO trained THEM?
YuCK!
I bet that wasn't always a pleasant experience either.

The door to the kitchen swings BOTH ways.
Ya reckon.

Words of Wisdom............ as usual!

I never even considered the fact that someone had to train THEM!

Ya know, when I read the trainer stories on here, I wonder how my husband got so lucky! He had the greatest trainer! Little nitpicky about cleanliness.. truck had to be PERFECT at ALL times, no shoes in the sleeper, PERIOD, but otherwise, he was fantastic!

That sounds like a crew member that i use to work with at the Des Moines airport. He was kinda fruity anyways, but when he wouldnt come out of the captians seat on the beech 1900D to thank the passengers, i figure he would do the walk around while the first officer did it. Next thing i saw, while unloading baggage, is him running from the plane to the back of our baggage area, then the new crew coming out and into the plane. They jump out gagging cause the previous captian took a william Shatner in his pants. now he will forever be nown as Captian P00PY pants.

Nah - just a great idea.

Think of any other reason you want, but it absolutely makes finding things a heck of a lot easier if you are not digging through 2 feet of crap. Yes, I saw that with my own two eyes at a truck stop in Grand Island, NE. Driver hopped out, walked around and opened the passenger door..

Mr Whoopie's closet, man! A 5-minute cascade of empty fast food bags, those plastic clamshell trays that stores sell donuts in, empty bottles...

When he opened the door, the trash level was just below window level. I swear, it was subject to tides!

How he moved around in there, I'll never know. Maybe he had a snorkel and fins.

A professional truck is a clean truck.

Hello.........Hello........Hello

I meant that maybe her husband was a nice guy and maybe he kinda deserved to have a decent trainer?

Sorry........ I don't care what you call it, Karma just happens to be the current buzz word........ but often in this world, "what comes around goes around" and many times people really do "get what they deserve"....... and that works both ways......

It was just a thought.........
