They did state the citation was removed in traffic court. But being such a Swift cheerleader you zeroed in on that little tidbit when you and anyone with more then 2 brain cells know the driver was kicked to the curb due to the WC claim.

Congrats, You get my fail of the day award.

Wrong. I happen to have seen plenty of drivers with WC claims who still have jobs. If that is the case, the driver would have a strong lawsuit. I'll even refer him to a lawyer.

He was not fired for the accident. It was placed on his DAC and I was pointing out why it would be there.

He was fired for storming into the office and having a conniption with his DM, possibly even threatening him. Read the timeline. The WC claim was months before the row with the DM and his termination.

Now, it says he is not eligible for rehire. Probably for his behavior at the office. That's what he was on here complaining about. It's not Swift's fault he can't solve problems with people in an adult manner.

Here are the relevant parts of his post:

Call the US Marshals and all you get is a good laugh! They have no jurisdiction in the trucking world unless another driver is heading to a federal courthouse to run up the stairs to commit suicide like in Sacramento CA!
The US Marshals could care less about any trucker UNLESS it's one in their small fleet or the one driving a seized truck to the impound lot. The Marshalls service is mainly used as protection of the Judicial System and that's their main purview, The protection of judges and the Federal court buildings.

Yes, you might see them in raids of trucking companies or standing with other police at a teamsters walkout or job shut down but they are providing backup for the local police.

They are also the Department that controls the sale of all confiscated vehicles, homes, aircraft, boats and property by all LEO's and then splits the proceeds or those vehicles, homes, property if requested back to those departments.

The US Marshals Service also has their own 10 most wanted list which is the Federal Courts List and believe it or not they have their own airline as in the movie "Con Air". They also have a fleet of buses for the transport of prisoners and they lease out to private firms to handle the overflow.

But call them to rescue your silly arse and the first thing you will hear is a laugh then they'll ask you which truck stop dinner table or CB channel you heard the rumor and hoax about calling them?

Want more info? Call any Marshalls office (HINT: You will only find one at a federal court house which will tell you they aren't going to drive any 100+ miles to help you out of any problem!) or the 800 number in Washington DC and ask for the public information office and they will give you the history or mail it to you with a nice US Marshalls patch or cap! I know I've had the patch since Jan 1994, because a well known grocery store warehouse in OKC was screwing with me after I chased the checker across the dock for cussing me out!

OH! They DO hire drivers but you need to go to the federal jobs bank and apply! You get all Federal employee benefits!
