LOL you just wait.... The lease? It isnt lease to own. Its just a lease. Ath the end of the 3 year you give up that truck to CR whom sells it off for 50 grand and gives you 5 grand back for completion of lease. Nice deal huh?

I have seen a CRE-fleece with 3-4, but couldn't distinguish a trainer among them.

CRST may be worse now. Some of those guys looked like they were homeless/may bum you for money/sell MJ, Obama #### etc.

fact of it what can a new driver learn in a truck with 3 other trainees or even one other one not really a damn thing to be honest and when the trainer has rpoad rage or is even a little demanded about what state a person lives in does not need to be a trainer

Sad thing is, with the economy, and all the hundreds of thousands of lay offs...there's no end to sight to hungry desperate students lining up to fill the roles of CR England and all the rest...

It's funny how you can read all this, and still manage to convince yourself to give a company a chance....your like..'ah, that's just them...it won't happen to me'....

In times like these...sometimes people just want to 'feel' busy 'feel' productive...even though it's not translating well on the check side...it's a phycological thing...

You start thinking of the big red Freightliner, the chrome, the 'prestigue' ect ect...
Even though your driving around broke...at least you look 'impressive' stepping out of the big red gleamer...
We convince ourselves before hire that somehow just sitting in the big red shiny truck will change our fortune around...as if we can just 'will' it with our thoughts...

But most have a level of self respect that will only allow the abuse to go on for so long...
Driving 2300 miles and getting checks for $120.00....wow....

Sadly, that's almost the best you can do to pay your dues. Supply and demand affects even the job market.
