BOYoh BOY,wish I'd researched CR england before signing lease.
They are a rip-off!!! my only saving grace is I'm single,live in truck,
make a few (and I mean a few) dollars, but only because I work 7 days
a week, and only expense is cigs. I came into their training program
broke!!! And I still am....which may be a blessing in disguise.As I've about
had it with these thieves, and as of today have half a mind to tell them
come get your truck. BEING POOR has the advantage of "so sue me"
they can't get blood from a poor rock.....What really gets me is their
2 faced attitude, 1 hand "hey we're a family company,really care about you
etc...then they screw you. The other is this whole lease BS your own business...BS you basically work for them,have to follow all their stuff,
BUTyou don't get any benefits etc... CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT/. COUNT ME IN.

I would like to say thet I had a similer experance. I would like yall to know thet i am not a new driver as I have 15yrs otr and I did what I thought was all the math but there is sumething wrong with the way thay do settelments. I ran my ### off for them only 1 week under 2500 miles and mostly over 3000 miles and the bigest chk I receved was for about 500.00 most were a lot less evern sum in the negitive and thay couldnt explain how that was possable considering all the stats thay had on me. I am not sure exactly how thay were pincel whiping me but thay dam sure did.
so befor you sign up with this co. look around because you will regret signing.

I was a student their just recenltly and my Phase 2 Trainer who only had 6 months exp, he also leased and made neg pay checks. He later asulted me while i was driving and threw me off his truck in memphis Tn and told TC that I willing got off Cr England terminated me took 700 dollars and applied it to the school Tution. I Know were your coming from hds250

You were lucky that you got off that truck while you had the chance. =If you would have waited for the negative paychecks to roll-in you may not have been able to leave. =You are one of the lucky few that escaped "the fleece"

I just don't get it. CRE seems to be the worst company in the world for stealing money from workers, mentally abusing people, basically using "student loans" as a means of extortion. There is one class action suit right now that deals with the lease program but where are the law suits for the other stuff?

Not having the money to get a lawyer is not an excuse. There are requirements in all states for lawyers to do pro bono services. D@mn it makes me mad when people just sit back and allow this #### to happen. I had one person here tell me to give names and numbers to lawyers who will help. It happened to you, not me. If you want your money, want compensated for being done wrong then do some research and get help. Or do you just like being walked on.

If enough people go and file complaints the state will do the class action - proof is there is one right now. Or, you can go it alone. But the problem I see is people "don't want to be bothered with court." BS! Go get your money. Make it better for those coming into this industry and those already in it. You can bet your rear if they owed me money I would get it WITH INTEREST.

Contact these people and ask for info on Pro Bono services. They will have a list of participating lawyers- only if you really want help though.

When I was there, that real big fat guy that always wore the Hawaiian shirts, big white beard, and a sign around his neck advertising "Sign up with me for being a O/O" really cracked me up. Wonder if hes still there. this guy ran up to the 3rd floor and covered them all to get signups..lol

I am glad I got out in December of 2008. I really did not know how crooked these guys were until I got home and found out that I had no pay on my ComData Card. I had a great job working in a local school system and as a result, my checking account was closed b/c of these guys and and I am paying for the schooling.

I just ended my Phase II training and just graduated from the training program and had three months of experience when I found out all this stuff.

This is a lesson to all out there that if you want to get your CDL and drive a truck (not going lease)...do not got to CR England. There are better companies out there besides this one.

Not many will listen to this advice, they still line up for the abuse !! Amazing, simply amazing !!!!!!!! Mr. Barnum was right, there is one born every minute !!!!!!!!!!!!

We tellem,warnem,advisem,askem, and they STILL gotuem. Guess they think that we had a bad experience and it wont happen to them.....yeah right, just because I averaged 100,000 a year, YOU'LL average 200,000(gimme a break)....HEED our advise, PUT all the companies WE say STAY AWAY from in a hat.....and throw the hat away.
