Just because it is bigger doesn't mean the content is better.

What does remain is the fact that this "has" happened, and is affecting the livelyhood of several people. I cant hold anything against any driver that drives for them, the drivers have no idea themselves I am sure.

The drivers that attended the "scam" ahem exscuse me.."school", put our faith in them for the training to obtain a c.d.l.,(refresher for me)... and four years later after some of us are paying for our own truck, we have been put "out" or work....

I pray nothing like this EVER affects you.........good luck

if you drove for me, i'd fire you just for poor grammar. "affects"...what the !#$% is this? you mean EFFECTS? you've got 400,000 miles, took the CDL class as a 'refresher'? you telling me with your (as you might say) axperience the ONLY company who'd hire you was Swift? LOL !!!! you must suck.

"The drivers have no idea themselves...". Why should the ones who don't have to worry about whether their CDL is good or not worry? I've never got a letter in the mail to make me think otherwise. And if you've got the power to have your own truck and make your own payments, you've got a brain in that skull of yours, maybe you should have thought "gee, i've read stories of how ICE, FBI and whoever else has raided the same school where i got my CDL, oh now they're saying CDLs issued there are no good...i might want to double check mine before too long." doesnt take a truck driver to figure that out.

Well, regardless of all the negative energy flying, I do feel bad for you Nocell. I would hate to be in your position, and I can't really say anything about Tennessee thing as it really has nothing to do with me. I hope they let you re-take and get back to rolling.

The same could be said about a company such as Wal-Mart. I can walk into one and it will be the nicest, cleanest place I've ever seen. The people could be the nicest most helpful people I've ever encountered. I can drive for an hour down the road and go into the next one and it looks like a dump, and the people are cursing at one another and stealing off their own store's shelves. How could Wal-Mart not possibly know that these people are employed by them? Well, simple. There are a lot of people in their company and you can't keep tabs on everyone all the time. Unfortunately the world has too many freakin people who need to be supervised, even at an age where they should know how to act. Honestly, I think it speaks more about humanity as a whole in that people just suck, the good ones are few and far between.

I think that is an excellent analogy.

Just a quick note to SOME of the fellow Swift drivers in here. If you are going to bash the company you are working for and want to be taken seriously........please for the love of all that is holy either learn to spell or learn to use that spell check button. You only reinforce the complaint of how ignorant Swift drivers are. Not talking about one or two misspelled word in a thread, but whole paragraphs with maybe.....maybe five words spelled right. Including.....in, it, is, am, are........

or one better....those who dont know the diff. between "they're", "their" or "there". OR, how about those who dont know the diff. between which or witch? or 'weather' and 'whether'??

when you SAY it....it really dont matter, but when you're too dumb to know the difference and then SPELL it .... like 'effects' or 'affects'.... how can anyone take you seriously.

Lets say you sent out a cover letter and resume, and it is chopped full of mixspelled words (get it?) what do you think would happen to your resume/cover letter?? if you think it would NOT go in the circular file....you're kidding yourself.

They're - A contraction for "they are"

"Their" - Possessive,

"There" - A certain place.

Example:They're going to loose their azzes on "that there" Lease Purchase......

Do I win a prize?

Aw, man....

I was just gonna start in on a chorus of

Doe....a deer...a female deer...

Re...a drop of golden sun....

(and for anyone who becomes a victim of this song sticking in your head...I almost apologize.)
