I have often aid that the best thing that could happen to America is to close all the law schools for about 30 years and let attrition take its toll. Why do you think CA is so screwed up. They have a full time legislature full of lawyers who are always trying to one up the others.

It is very weird.

I had to go through hoops with CR England, and it was the unemployment office, but in the end, I was found to have a justifiable quit and paid unemployment, and it only took 5 months!

But I do have a judgment from a law judge that pretty much said CR England is completely unbelievable and that he could not believe they couldn't have gotten their story straight. I mean the judge ripped the CR England lawyer and DM apart.

But that's the other thing, CR England fought with a lawyer, two lawyers in fact, over a simple unemployment hearing. I guess the Judge agreed with me that a 800 mile trip across some 55mph states wasn't doable in 11 hours too.
