| your right 1 This was main terminal manager that told me to #### off 2 the load was load nobody wanted to take 3 yeah me against him you know who going win that one. he did call and apologize and said he was wrong and unprofessional but to my boss not me ps I been driving for over 13 year for several company going complaining to safety officer or another supervisor doesn"t always work |

| Perhaps, but not at R&L. I am familiar with them and they are a large company. Their safety dep't is easy to talk to but they do not tolerate lawbreakers, and they will back a driver the situation you had.

| I knew a guy who worked at R&L for a few months. They wanted him to have a pallet jack, and two wheeler, which they said he was required to have, but expected the driver to buy. Also,since it was near winter in Northern Indiana, they wanted everyone to have matching "R&L" winter jackets. Again, at the drivers expense.
