CRST International is killing me. This is the most unprofessional business on planet earth. Do not work for these people and especially don't got through there school program and sign there contract. I've been here almost 6 months and haven't made squat. Been in 2 accidents with
inexperienced codrivers. Consistant problems with getting reimbursed for expenses and tolls ect. Trying to find a new codriver because the one I have now won't go back out because he is having a problem with his pay. They give me a list of codrivers and out 7 they either have a codriver already or their phone is disconnected. I guess their not making any money either. Going to see an attorney tommorro to resolve this. If you can't afford to work for free for 8months they expect you to pay $4000.00
when you leave. They make their money off government grants, low to no wages, and employee turnover. Spread the word on this company, they are ruining lives, and wrecking dreams.

I only have a few more months left with this damn contract. Last codriver they stuck me with rolled the damn truck. I've been sitting for 3 weeks and I need a CRST codriver. I'm good to get along with, and am a good safe driver. Also I bring all the amenities on the truck. Gps, wireless internet, and am able to scan and fax receipts for reimbursements.

Horrible company. They fired my codriver over a payroll dispute. At least you got a list of drivers. My dispatch kept patching me through to potential drivers, none of which picked up. And after each call, I had to call back to dispatch, wait for them to pick up, and start over again with a new number. This place is a joke. They make money from student turnover, not freight.

They sat me at home for three weeks when my co-driver quit and then sent me a paystub with a balance of $4513 something on it saying I was terminated. It was basically because my disaptcher was an incompetent desk jockey and didn't have the nuts to tell me I was terminated. And in all actuality, I still do not have a reason for being terminated. I guess because they cound not provide me with a list of people who had working phones, lived in my region or didn't have a pet in the truck they decided to fire me and bill me for it....

i told you not to work for crst you never listen to me anyway hehe
