looking for a good trucking company

I am a student currently finishing with a private school in New York. I am interested in the following companies Wel and Kreilkamp trucking. Any information would be greatly appreciated or any credible companies you could recommend. There are so many bad things and good reasons posted that make picking a company difficult.
