I remember that thread. That was from a while back. The woman from Rumble's name on here was Julie. The one she came on here to rebuke called herself Shorti. It may have just dropped off.

Julie is the CEO, her father stated the business. They still owe me about 637.00 if I don't get it very soon I will contact dept. of labor and file a complaint. Last week the woman that checks trucks in said checking to see if the scratches on the truck are chargeable... If there really are scratches then its from Baycast in Baycity, MI which is tight with trees over hanging the driveway.

I was hoping someone would remember that thread. I know I found it both informational and entertaining.

Called Rumble trucking everyday this week... they are completely ignoring my calls inregards to 137.00 for bungees and a mud flap they took out of my check, and the 500.00 driver escrow account. Now I will file a few complaints to Dept. of Labor and DOT, maybe since I live in New Jersey should I file here too? I want to send them some grief atleast 637.00 worth. Any ideas guys?? Let me know. I wonder how many drivers they have did thes same #### to? Bad enough I made 250.00 a week and now screw me some more?

Forbidden Exclamation Sucked

I worked for rumble for three months and my experience wasnt all that great --paid for tolls with a cash advance and it did take a while to get my money back. Dispatched through nextels(Come-on!). I could not take another 250.00 check. But i did get my 500.00 deposit back for the truck. I would not recommend them to anyone. left a bitter taste that is still hard to get out. As far as this Julie-##$% someday she will get her due also.

I did finally get my driver escrow back after a few months, had to send them a certified signed receipt letter, threatened them with dept. of labor from two states and the Federal DOT... hope they get aduited some day. I still can't get another driving job... maybe Rumble is giving me a bad reference??

It was an interesting thread. Some lady who was either the person in charge, or the second in command came on the forum defending the company and the things being said by the wife of a driver who got screwed just like the originator of this thread. It was comical. I'm pretty sure the moderators ended up locking that thread as the Rumble exec decided to just make it a nonsense thread. I've heard lots and lots of stories from people like cdweb which completely contradict everything that woman said. I learned then and there to stay away from Rumble at all costs.

No there doesn't, yet I still see their trucks roaming around the midwest and other regions of the country.

Then again, we could say the same thing about Swift, Werner, etc.

I wish that thread was still around, Rumble Trucking is located in my neck of the woods and I've heard some horror stories myself. But they do employ a lot of people around here and I'd hate to see anything happen to them.
