LockednLoaded

Lockednloaded...No matter what you may read here on this site, you are not alone. We ALL started out as a rookie, and most have had similar experiences as yours. Ours was with Team One Transport. It truly takes awhile to understand (or be able to put up with) "the game" when you are a company driver. Don't give up on your dream of driving. Just realize how much #### you are willing to put up with before you make a change to another company. The grass isn't greener, just a different blend. My husband and I have over 25 years between us and we have the greatest memories, and some of the craziest, from driving truck. He reenlisted in the Army last year (at 44 yrs old) and our life is now completely changed again. Enjoy your new career, but know that there is a LOT to learn, and it isn't just about the steering wheel. You and your wife will make it. Get involved with OOIDA, have a hobby for your downtime, get exercise when you can, take pictures along the way, and learn a great way to get rid of some stress (and I don't need any comments from y'all about this one). You will look back, in 3-5 years, and shake your head about what happened, but you will have learned to move on. Take your knowledge from this experience and go have a great career! There's a lot of #### in every pig pen, some just clean it up more frequently!
Best of luck to you, and your wife. Go get some miles!
