Straight to battery. I wanted to the breakout box under the bunk, but was told "no way". Shop lets it sit right behind the driver's seat - it's up to you to secure it, but a couple self-tapping screws takes care of that.

I dunno about Brooks - if you can wait to Layton, they're fast. They'll suggest you get cable/fuse/etc from a place called just up the road. Guy gives May drivers steep discounts.

well i am kinda curios, taled to a may driver today at a rest stop in I-5, dont know how accurate he was but he said after talking to other drivers plus his own experiance that during orientation 1 out of 4 was out due to the driving test. not sure of thats mainly ineperianced drivers, or rather i should say he said that, but when he went through orientation there were 3 drivers with experiance, he was the only one of the three to pass the test, the other two failed on there first attempt because they could not drive a 13 speed.

Alot of the experinced drivers get lazy and make alot of little mistakes because they have X many years behind the wheel and they forget the little stuff sometimes.
That is why they fail then they get all bent out of shape over them failing because oh I have all these years experince and the jack*** tester does not know what he is doing f this place, etc..
I have actuaully seen a guy have this additude before in my orentation at May in Utah.

Best advice is if you do not know how to drive a 13 speed drive it like an 8 speed.
Do not get mad because you may get stuck with a trainer for a week.

They typicaly will not fire you for failing a road test as long as you did not wreck and were safe driver.
If you have alot of little mistakes they will put you with a trainer for a week.

I too was a person that did not pass my road test at may

1st time in brooks my trainer was doing most of the driving and he would only let me drive on the interstates no intown so I got out of pratice on turns so I was driving like a 4wheeler trying to turn when I tested but I managed to pass the backing course

3rd time because of my trainer talked to Danny and got me another chance in brooks I passed
I agree with you. I learned on a 13 speed, ( no not at a school ). I like a 13 speed. And Danny is one of the "Good Guys" at May. And, in your case, 3rd time is a charm. Good luck, have fun and laugh at least once a day.
