Isn't that true of a lot of companies? If you go along to get along they let stuff slide for you but if your a jerk they treat you like one.

That's definitely true about drivers, most are good decent folk. A few act like they forgot how to be a mammal.

Here is my opinion, why don't companies require you to put at least $10 a week into a account of some sort, that they set up but you get any interest it accrues. This why here if you get terminated you will have money saved up to get you back home

by chance, are you a democrat?

put your own money in an account, you don't need your company to tell you to do it.

There's only one problem with Democrat's, they are too far right.

Far from it, but ya you should have money put aside for situations like this. But there are people out there who start out in this industry and are flat broke. So how do you suppose they get home if the Co terminates them away from home? It should be the company, but they won't do it.

Having this account would be just like putting a deposit down on a apartment. By law they have to put it in a account, and if you get it all back when you leave they have to give you the interest as well. This is the way it was up in Mass, back when I lived there..

If the company put the money away, my luck they would keep it. Batting 100% of losing money with companies this year...
