I recentley just went thru the orientation up in Southgate Ca. Southwest 6 regional. The BS that the instructors feed you is unreal. How can these people stay in business??? This company is a STRAIGHT SCAM .After 15 days out (6 of those parked in Phoenix), I came home and was told to drop the truck off for (B) service at the San Bernadino Ca. yard . Big Mistake. Called to pick up truck, truck was gone , given to another driver. Half my property missing from truck( other half on a pallet, siran wrapped) , no pay for "unavailable equipment", . So here I sit , No truck, No property , No pay. We'll I did make a few bucks ,...$1003.00 total take home from July to September . The money thats owed right now for layover pay due to "Unavailable Equipment" over $700.00. Guess what the big boss in Lowell Arkansas says, Quote ,"I don't care what the 2008 Driver Manual says, we dont pay that anymore". Are they for a REAL???

If you are that concerned about your property, then take them to court. Beleive me, file the case and get the soepeana(sp) sent to them, you may be suprised at how quick your stuff comes up. Also, for further ref--whenever you put your truck in for service for more than a day, or whenever you go on vacation, you ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS take your stuff out of the truck, NEVER, EVER leave it in there. When I was over the road, I never had more stuff in my truck than I needed, I could totally clean it out in 15 minutes or less for that very reason.
Also, why would you sit around for (according to you July-September) for $1003.00? That is basically 1 week worth, maybe 2 weeks of work for 3 months?? Whose fault is that?
Sitting for 6 days in one place with JB Hunt? I agree that this company is a joke (having driven here myself two different times), but still sitting for 6 days is still unusual for even them.
