I recived a call this morning from one more angry,mad,dis-satisfied trucker...amazing the horror stories I listen to.

My buddy was told to go to Kansas City for drug and physical test. He drove round trip 250 miles in own vehicle. They promised him a dedicated run from KC area to Michigan 2 times a week.

He came back home and sat around till they said truck is here come on down. His wife drove him down putting 250 more miles of wear and tear on his personal vehicle, not to mention all the fuel and time spent. He arrived there on monday for orientation. Monday night after orientation there is no truck like they promised. He was pissed.

They put him in a run down flea bag motel like an animal. Tuesday came around he finally got a truck that was nasty. He confronted them and was told to take the bobtail home and he did. 120 miles away to his driveway. He called all day wednesday,they said call back. He called all day Thursday, call back then all day Friday.


Well come friday night he confronted the load planner{certified dummy}and they got into words about them screwing him around. Well push came to shove and he was fired by THE certified dummy.

This gets better, he told them where to go because he has brass balls. They are now threating to call the bobtail in stolen and hung him out to dry.

they threatened to put it all on DAC and destroy a good man and a good driver for 25 years. This due to some DISPATCHER,WHO EVEDENTALLY IS A COMPLETE MORON AND ABOUT AS DUMB AS A BOX OF ROCKS...

SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE AGAINST THIS KIND OF ####.
THERE IS ABSOLUTLY NO REPURCUSSIONS FOR THESE COMPANIES WHO CONTINUE TO DESTROY FAMILYS, LIVES AND GOOD SOLID HARD WORKING TRUCKERS. IT'S AMAZING TO CONTINUE HEARING THIS KIND OFF ####.

THERE OUGHT TO BE A LAW AGAINST THIS TYPE OF ABUSE. THEY ARE TRULY TREATING US IN ALOT OF WAYS, LIKE THE SLAVES WERE TREATED BACK MANY YEARS AGO, BUT IN A VERY DECEITFUL, MANIPULATING WAY.

NEEDLESS TO SAY MY FRIEND WILL DO THE RIGHT THING{LIKE MANY DRIVERS DO} AND TAKE IT UP HIS ______!!!!! AND FIND A RIDE AND BRING THE TRUCK BACK THAT HE ONLY DROVE 120 MILES...

AND THE REAL SHAME OF ALL OF THIS IS THIS::: ALL THESE SAFTEY MORONS HAVE TO DO IS CALL DAC AND WITH ONE PHONE CALL AND HE WILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH STRESS, ANGER, FRUSTRATION AND ALL THE EMOTIONAL HELL TO PROVE HE HAS DONE NOTHING WRONG.

I KNOW, I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING DAC, CREDIT BUREUS, AND THE DOT FOR YEARS. HE WILL HAVE A LONG BATTLE TO FIGHT AND THEN I TOLD HIM I WOULD SUE THEM ALL.

WE NEED TO COME TOGETHER AS DRIVERS BUT I KNOW IT IS ONLY A FANTASY I HAVE HAD FOR MANY YEARS.
