I have had my ups and downs. I have had some slow weeks and weeks that i have ran so hard that i ran out of hours. I have been with Central for over a year now with no service failures at all. I know Brickmans predicament because he had the same FM as 6pak and since they got rid of him both brickman and 6pak have been doing much better. Sometimes you get a real bad FM starting out and it gives you the perception that the company is bad as a whole. I was lucky to get a really good FM and Trainer when i started out. I have no regrets with starting with central and brickman you are right freight is slow and i have heard that they had to deadhead 25 drivers to Phoenix just to get them loads. I will be in Ca Tuesday and if you are still there brickman i will try and look you up. JJRanch

So, what do I do now? I've been out of work since Central, and I can't find anything! Not even Burger Joints are hiring in Wyoming right now! I have to get back in a truck! It's a life I've come to love and respect! If there is anyone out there who can lead me in the right direction to return to the trucking industry, please by all means add a comment here and help cause I love driving truck! Thanks for all the assistance.

I think I belong in that category. My FM was Joe Stillen, and his boss Cole Thompson... they seem to be pretty good friends. I know this because I attempted to change FM's a few times and Cole told me not going to happen. Your an Owner Op (or Lease Op) for Central right? That's why your driving that Peterbilt 387? Maybe you can tell me who I can contact to maybe return to Central?

OK ppl now my 2 cents truckers can be the biggest bull ######## man I have been with central for almost 2 years now and am about to finish my 1st lease on my truck. They have been nothing short of phenominal to me, yes Cole is my FM supervisor and has helped me on more than 1 occasion. I have had my share of ups and downs and they have been nothing but supporting I will be here a long time after a long drama of trying to find a good company i have found one as for you #### heads out there who have never sat in a central truck and just continue to run your mouth about something you have never tried because you don't know just because Jerry owns it well enjoy your own company and do what you do best and keep bsing ppl with your trucker cb bull lol just a bunch of stupid cowboys that can't have enough crome or blow your doors off flying 80 mph down the road in their peterbuilt 379s and failing as owner ops But ######## only gets you so far lol good luck to you

Unfortunately at this time they are not hiring on at this time. They are only taking on students from their school. No solos and i don't know weather or not in the future. Try Checking out haluburton in WY. they hire drivers for the oil and gas fields. any thing from cement to tankers even the trucks the haul in the rigs. Jess EX used to drive for them and i hear they got good benefits. JJRanch.

I just went to check out the school and on the first page you read it states that "if you refuse a dispatched load for any reason, this is grounds for immediate termination". It's in there with the information about 'idle times', 'no sleeping (team drivers) when the truck is in motion' etc.
It's all a cluster of info. and you have to sign it or not continue with the schooling.
