For all you drivers that stated that DM BOWMAN is a ok or good company to work for read my thread that I posted. Its pretty sad when you can't afford food for your own son or yourself because the company is to selfish to pay you what you were GUARANTEED.
For those looking into DM BOWMAN. Just check out their website and see if they have any PAY INFO or anything about their TRUCKS.
They don't and you wanna know why?
Because they are completely embarrssed of the fact that their pay is one of the lowest in the industry. Because ALL their trucks are slip seat. For those of you that don't know what that means it means; ALL TRUCKS ARE USED BY OTHER DRIVERS WHEN YOU FINISH FOR THE DAY (SHORT HAUL) OR GO ON HOMETIME. YOU MUST TAKE EVERYTHING OUT OF THE TRUCK WHEN YOU PARK IT SO SOMEONE ELSE CAN USE IT THE NEXT DAY. THIS GOES FOR OTR DRIVERS ASWELL.
please save yourself the time and you life. if you think any of these drivers who are saying that it is a good / okay company to work for. They really REALLY do not know what is out there.
Check out YRC Glen Moore if you want a good paying job 0.47 CPM, $750 bonus every month for safty. Home Most Weekends, the truck is yours, you take the truck home.
There are TONS of companies that are WAY BETTER than these selfish cowards.
Thanks,
Tim Llewellyn

OTR and slip seating? No way would I do that. I take pride in my truck and besides that is just disgusting. I can understand day cabs but OTR trucks? So some guy wakes up on his third day without a shower, lights a cigarette, and grabs a milk jug....then your sleeping in that truck the next night? Umm no thanks.
TruckerOllie and Rollover the Original Thank this. -
That's just false information. Clearly he's a disgruntled former driver. I did some OTR for them in my time there and there was no slip seating. Yes we slip seated in the bulk division but that's different and I knew it going into it. Their pay is also not the lowest in the industry. Anyone can do their homework and find that out. I still have several friends there.
