    My husband drove for them, owner operator, and just recently went to TWT. He went from buying his truck to leasing a truck from them with the promise to drive to Alaska (big money, his truck was not able to go through Canada). Alaska never happened and neither did the paychecks. For a 1 1/2 months he had not recieved a paycheck.

    Sorry to hear that. Just curious - was he a company driver first? or did he jump on as an owner operator from the start? Also, how is TWT working out? Is he a company driver with them? Thanx and Happy Holidays!

    My husbands been driving fo about 8 yrs.He was company with Interstate and got his truck then about 4 yrs ago. He was with Giltner for about 2 1/2 yrs, 4 months ago he went to leasing from them.He starting leasing from them because his truck didn't have the right measurements, he was suppose to go to Alaska, only reason he got rid of his and leased from them. He wasn't gonna pull reefer to Alaska, it would of been dry van. So far twt is great, he is a company driver now. Have Happy Holidays

    There is even less money going North with van than reefer. Things should go well for him at TWT.

    Giltner has screwed us over many times..so many now it has caused a divorce after 37 years and I blame Giltner...Someone there is stealing and.or taking the drivers money.Someone is the big office needs to look into this? I have my accountant going over records right now from past year..Something is wrong with GILTNER/PRGRESSIVE LOGISTICS IN JEROME,IDAHO...

    Thanks for your response.It sure hasn't helped with the divorce,sure encouraged it!.This is last time I am posting here.I have gotten the nastiest emails from some people that come here.No reason to be rude,I am just stating its a bad company and would not suggest or recommend them to anyone.
