You guys really need to contact OOIDA

You guys should call up Mr. Johnston at OOIDA. Sounds like this is something he'd love to hear about. He may be able to get a class-action going.

Also, contact the Arkansas Attorney General and let him/her know about this. I went this route with a company I worked for in California once and things were worked out in a big ol' hurry. I got the money I was owed, and it took only about 3 weeks to get it after setting it in motion.

If three or four of you complain to the AG within a few days of each other, something will be done about this.

Good luck.

It's just all show and no go

I'm gettin' passed by Yella
And even Overnite
I'm gettin' passed by ever' body in sight
46 days on the road
And I'm not gettin' home tonight

No, my hometown's nowhere in sight
And if you think I'm pissed off
You're right
46 days on the road
And I'm not gettin' home tonight

Love pissing off those trucking company insiders.

Exclamation They cant help!

I called them and they said they couldnt help....that is why they are against leases...in another website called ripoffreport.com the mentioned that ooida has a file full of complaints about Hurricane..so i would say they must have paid them off....not to help!

ripoffreport.com

do a "search" for Kaedon Steinert, Hurricane Express Inc or LLC

truckinfo.net

find out all kinds of stories on this crooked company!

I guess it's too late for some, but not for others

Did you call up both OOIDA and the Arkansas AG office?

Maybe this thread will help others avoid Hurricane in the future. That's little consolation to those who've been ripped by that outfit, but I guess it's better than nothing. Every little bit helps us all.

Makes me want to lease two trucks 1 from C.R.England and the other from Prime and figure out how I can drive the both 6000 miles a week. Sounds like those two butt-holes should be thrown under the jail!!!
