Really,do u work for this company. As far as doing what u have to do is so much BS its not even funny. Its people with that attitute that lets the illegal companys get by. But hey if u like half your pay check going out in fines or u are so tired that u Kill someone is your choice just so the company will tell DOT i never tell my drivers to run Illegal. But I also want to point out that I didnt say the whole company was bad due to I didnt run out of Chesterton I ran out of Fort wayne. Its also very clear U dont know what u are talking about. If U all ways have to run Illegal to make any money then u are either running for the wrong company or u are spending to much time in the truck stops at the Cherry master machines. Im with a company now that I make great money and run Legal. Im home 3 to 4 nights a week and the week ends. Funny thing is that it ISN'T US Xpress.

This bothers me to a great degree. The Safety Dept. should hold authority over ALL terminals, even those that do things as they fit, no matter how illegal. In my opinion, the Safety Dept should have ordered them to back off. I imagine they often have problems with their insurance co.

read the name trucker wife,I do not drive for this comapny and know of many who have and also who drive for other comapnys.I stick with gotta eat.If your good and smart you drive safe and there is not one dime spent in truck stops, truck is set up as home,no money spent on the road.see 900 to 1000 checks don't come your way.
Safety is first and foremost,a smart man or woman knows whan to sleep. So enjoy your comapny and we will enjoy the comapny we work for,not this one but one just as good.

Re: Priority Transportation, Inc. - Chesterton, In.

I think Ft Wayne and Chesterton are the former KAT terminals. Not sure about the one in Mississippi or the place in NY. Priority was apparently formed in amerger of a cuple of companies, one of them being KAt.
