I call B.S.

Freymiller is by far the worst company I have EVER worked for. I'll never get that month of my life back from working for them.

The company would be alot better if they got rid of Rich(o/o dispatch) and Cheryl(V.P. of Operations).

Only ones that are worth anything there is their safety guys.

I would recommend trying to work for M.S. Carriers before Freymiller. And yes I know M.S. is out of business. GET THE POINT!!!

Ok you broke your wrist and couldn't drive for 7months?Come on I now better than that.
You may ask how would you know?
Let me explain I was doing stepdeck work went off the trailer and Shattered my right wrist into 5 Pieces and dis located the outside bone going into the wrist.I had a titanium plate and screws put in my wrist now mind you this was oct. 3 of 08 the plate was installed on oct. 17th.2 weeks after the surgery I was driving my old chevy with the granny 4spd around with very little pain. The last week of november I was back to doing some stepdeck work and doing theropy.Buy jan I was back to work completely....well till I had a 500lb car engine fall on my left hand then I got a cast and was off work another 2 weeks. Then back to stepdeck work full time with a cast on my left hand.So with my wrist being shattered and litterly my hand was seperated from the bones in my forearm hanging off to the side and dropping a 500lb car engine on my othe hand I was only off work for 4 months and im a o/o with a family to take care of.
So my question is why where you off for 7 months?

Anyone who buys or leases a truck with the way freight is now must be crazy
or stupid. These companies that lease trucks to people with poor credit and no
experience running a business or money to maintain the equipment are nothing
better than common theives. As the old saying goes let the buyer beware.Any
time you sign a lease with one of these companies better get a lawyer to look
it over first. It will cost a few hundred dollars but is a smart invesment.

Thats why you should save youre money and buy a nice used truck. There's pleanty out there but most people like to take short cuts. And then cry about how a company screwed them. When will people learn not to fall for a scam like a lease purchase program. If it's to good to be true it probably is

Just like my earlier posting. You can change the spots on a leopard but the cat is still the same. He has one of the worst track records in the industry. It's only a matter of time before he gets sent to prision or someone shoots him.

Panel Truck

Now let me see if I understand you people correctly. You hire on with a company, you "purchase" their truck at their price and agree to their payment, you let them dispatch you, you sign their purchase agreement/contract, AND, you let them do the bookeeping and disburse the moneys however they see fit. Sounds like the Twilight Zone to me. But, hey, you're an O/O, right? A very broke one....
