Were you late to the delivery???Did you send your macros after 30 mins of actual arrival and departures??? If so you do not get detention...

I just do not believe this as I got alot of detention pay and never had them try and get out of paying me for anything!!!! They might not pay you on time but they will pay you and pay you without question if you have done your job properly...Hell, I even got that
"not home on time pay" more then once and never heard a peep other then it will be on your next check...

You people that have all these problems need to start looking at yourselves more as the possible problem and less trying to blame the company for everything...I made money, I got home on time most of the time, but i also sat, and got crap loads, told to run my ### off to pick up load to find out load is non existant, only to sit for another 2 days waiting for another load out of town...



I had 100% on time deliveries as well as 100% on time pick ups, did my job and kept dispatch informed and I got miles and home time when I wanted it...hell, I got thanksgiving, X-mas and new years off and 20 days later got my birthday off...

Do your job properly within the companies rules and guidelines, without whining and complaining about everything, keep your dispatcher informed and if your dispatcher will not help you, then go above him to cole thompson... Any and all problems will get solved if you are in the right...
