I have concerns about your post...I look at your personal information and it seems you have been driving since you were 11 years old...makes me wonder about you...and your post..but thats just my opinion..makes you questionable..

If he's as intelligent as his post I think JB has done themselves a great favor in unloading this guy.

Yeah no sheet he would have to have started driving when he was 11.:biggrin_2551:

It's hard to make out what exactly he was trying to say in his message. Maybe he can come back an explain a lil better. He should also try turning off the "caps lock", and QUIT hollering.

This is one ODD post thats for sure.

If people come to this site trying to sway their pre-conceived notions that all truck drivers are stupid, posts like this only cement in their minds that we are. I cannot for the life of me figure out how people make it through life with absolutely no command of the English language, yet 9 times out of 10 are the ones who make comments about foreigners.

I'm new here. But I also work for a JBH Dedicated Account (home every day, bring home a grand a week). In my experience whatever the customer wants, they get. Whatever the driver needs / wants ... good luck.

It doesn't take much to loose your job. Non reporting of even a minor incident like hitting an object in the roadway with no damage to the truck, but "someone observed you", violating any jb company policy ie cell while driving, no right on red, etc. will end you in the unemployment line. Oh, and jb will fight any unemployment claim too.

My account is very new and makes JB gobs of money, others do not. Lately our miles have dipped down because they are bringing in drivers from other accounts to spread out workload. JB is bleeding money in socal and is trying to close as many non profitable accounts as possible. And are loosing profitable accounts to lower bidding competitors.

I work for JB because its a fairly consistent paycheck, and for a home every night job .. its good money for the area. I've been blessed with good luck and promoted to driver manager (part time, I still drive) within 6 months of hire. I am by no means Mr Supertrucker, but my mediocre skills stand out at JB, imagine that.

I had a fellow driver (we'll call him jealous piece of ####) call in a false accident on me. After spending 4 hours of my time with no pay, while not able to even touch JBH equipment (guilty until proven innocent) I vindicated myself. But, my word meant nothing. My truck had to be inspected and video tapes at the customers location had to be reviewed. If I had not noted damage to my truck when originally picking it up at the terminal, I would have been immediately terminated.

So, yeah, after that long winded post. I second, if you work for JB, watch your ###. Was that more eloquently put, and a little more detailed than the original posters post?
