I thought something didnt seem right about that story. He probably got fired for something and now is trying to give this company a bad name. I have talked to many drivers around Alabama who like this company. They have been slow lately but everyone has.

BOYD

I just left orientation did not think anymore about it until applying for another driving job in 07, company stated i abandoned a truck in Tennesse when driving for Boyd. Then this year the IRS sent me a letter asking why I didn't claim them on the 2003 taxes. So no I don't need a drug test, nor am I making this up it really has happened. I have filed with the credit bureaus to see if someone has stolen my identity and actually drove for them, endless letters to the IRS and a collection agency trying to get $3000. for a truck lease I never signed nor drove. Will see what comes out of all this in time but for now its the great mystery. It's easy to judge others and even easier when it's not harming you!!

Income not reported in 2003 would have been questioned by the IRS no later than 2005.

Income in 2003 being asked about in 2009 is way over the statute of limitations.

The IRS doesn't care about silly rules or laws, they're the IRS.

I am referring to the Standard Operations of the IRS. I have dealt with them professionally since 1980.

The IRS can go back 3 years. If they find some thing they can then go back 7 years. Know all about it. Happened to me in early 90's. I made mistake of keeping and volunteering bank records for 6th 7th years. Banks only keep 5. They found about $2000. each yr. With penalties and interest they said about $18,000. Pure loansharks. Don't volunteer anything over 5 yrs. And get some professional help if they get nasty. Know good man in FTW if you need him. Good luck.
