They are a division of Navajo Express out of Denver.

I imagine they run the same freight as Navajo, which is lots of meat, beer and groceries.

Navajo wasn't a bad outfit, they and DSCO run T-600's (DSCO 's are red)..They pull a lot of Navajo trailers.

The pay wasn't all that, but they will run your tires off..At least they did a few years ago..

Good luck..You can do a lot worse.

I believe DSCO stands for Don Shupe Company. The main group of them is from Greeley Co. and they used to run heavy for Monfort. They have been with Navajo for along time and run your butt off. From what I hear they keep their trucks maintained well. Haven't heard many complaints over the years. Good Luck...

This should be in the Motor Carrier, Inside scoop section so drivers will see it better.

Cool

I work for DSCO now. Actually it stands for "Driver's Service Company". Its owned by The Digbys. They will run you very well, however the issue I have with them is their dispatcher/driver manager. I've NEVER in the 4 years I've been driving have been treated so disrespectfully! EVER. And thats no exaggeration.
And hometime seems to be a theory, not a reality if you live in an area where you're not on one of their normal freight routes, such as I do.
I must say though, you WILL get the miles with them.
As most reefer companies, there's tight delivery schedules on many of their loads. But thats a given, considering the freight you're moving.

RE Dsco

Dsco is a Navajo shippers affiate and navajo shippers bought them out. I used to work for navajo shippers as a driver/driver trainer and they wont do anything to keep a good work invironment on yard that created a hostile work atmosphere for me on the yard. And i believe they have black balled me from every driving again

dsco inc

i worked for them from aug of 2006 to jan 2007. went thru 3 dispatchers and 2 safety managers. they had their good qualities (excellent equip, hard running) but they dont side with their drivers, first was second dispatcher who treated me as less than dirt would call me on my break to cuss me out because i wasnt 2 hours early for a walmart delivery, the second safety man received a complaint that i "rear-ended" a 4wheeler, even with high def pictures of the entire truck inside and out prooving that i wasnt the one to have totaled a toyota corrola, i still received the accident on my dac report. in my oppinion bad company
