If Werner drivers are willing to take a cut in pay in order to give their CEOs private jets to travel to Branson, Vegas, Bahamas etc. -they should be commended, because not even GM can do that anymore.

I would be honored as "a lowly trucker" to have my CEO travel like that and in such extravagence. I will gladly take my Werner 20cpm and live in my truck. We need to sacrifice for the few that really make this industry work. As a trucker you must learn to be humble and obedient at all times. -Put yourself last and you will be happier in life.

Exactly, Mr Werner was kind enough to let this guy live out of his truck rent free and he still complains?

Hate to burst the bubble but all of the planes are grounded except one that is on call 24/7, it's the plane that's used for the safety team to be flown to fatality accidents.

Actually if you really read his post and think about it, you might have the same thoughts about it as I do... That was a BS post, written by an unhappy driver or someone who wanted to start something, don't you think? Not too many people are that "unenlightened" LOL

Not BS!
Werner is cutting back on driver pay!
And yes, Training after three months is not uncommon, the are the revolving door of training....TAX BREAKS!

In Fact I'd bet that's more to do with their business than hauling freight.

It's BS, and I've already sent out my app.
