Re: Covenant Transport

It's totally ridiculous working for this company. The irony of it all is that you have to drive around with the company's political agenda "it's not a choice it's a child" on your truck. Hmmm... they care about unborn children but treat born people like expendable objects. I'm confused.

You shouldn't be confused at all.

Those alive and evolved help bring them money, and are no more than a tool to them.

Their "care" in regard to the unborn, brings them admiration from the religious right, who benefit from some of that same money.

Unhappy Re: Covenant Transport

Allright guys- lets get back to how Covenant is a bad company- here's one: the only stops the company actually matches to your logs are Fuel and accident stops. Other than that, if you get log violations for logging too high a speed, or over your 11/14, just stop at a terminal with a safety person and take a log class-POOF! All your log violations are gone!

Re: Covenant Transport

Yes, I wonder why.... I was having a lot of log violations with them, but the thing is when you have to go in the Log Dept when you are red flagged. They make you fixed them right in front of them. I even had them trying to explain what I was going wrong, which did help me about like three times and I was able not to have anymore violations. I never had to goto a class for them.

Re: Covenant Transport

Well DUH, obviously 2 drivers from Covenant getting busted for that doesn't mean that Covenant was a bad company. I never meant it to say that. I just made an offhand comment. Quit trying to read so much into it.

i'm not reading too much into, just wondering why you would "change the subject" about the arrests when all we really care about is how bad the company is to work for. the arrests has absolutely nothing to do with the company as a whole.

if you wish to start a thread about truckers being arrested for various charges, then make a new topic regarding this. otherwise, you went off the line bringing up nothing regarding the company in of itself.........

are you still my "friend"......??

i hope so, i can't think what i'd do without your friendship/guidance
