| DO NOT apply for a position with Waltz Drive Away in Evansville, IN. They have falsified several drivers DAC reports with accidents that were marked non preventable and were marked as preventable. Stating they never got a copy of the police report. Such as in my case I got the copy of the police report and was told by the state police that in order to obtain one the company needed to contact them to get one!!! They take money out of your weekly paycheck up to $300 a week and cannot justify as to where the money went or show proof! They send your 600 miles on a "hot" load that needed to be there yesterday and expect you to get it there with the assurance that you have a back haul out of the area ready and waiting when in fact you get the load there and you sit for 3 days waiting on a load for the back haul! Midnight Dispatch is worthless as they have no loads going anywhere and their famous answer is call in the morning. The safety director talks out of both sides of his mouth and never remembers what he says only says #### to make himself look good. THIS COMPANY IS WORTHLESS! |

| I knew I didn't wanna work there when Don Meisler (one of the two brother's that own Walt's) told me that grossing $750/wk and being home on weekends was "good money". I applied there, went thru orientation, and was assigned a truck but never hauled a single load for them.

| Walt's not Waltz I worked for Walt's not Waltz ( know who you work for ) for about 8 years and they were a very good company to work for. That is if you want to work and not always be involved in accidents. You say you rear ended someone. Sounds like you said it all when you said "all rear end accidents are preventable". You said you made 60,000 grand the first year and 40,000 grand less the next. Sounds to me like you should have got off your dead ### and ran. Like I said, I can vouch for Walt's as a very good company to work for. |
