Im hear to worn you of a bad company i thought was so good but in the end well its Fischer Trucking out of Ft. Wayne,IN. They do not care about safty here they. I had a problem with tires they were bald in the center i had a traction problem i reported it they said no they are fine but a dot inspection the month before said that i had 4/32 left now i know i drove on these tires over 15thous miles when i came back in the safty director said i just mesured them an u have 11/32 i asked him what happen did my tires grow rubber in the lot well i told him i would let dot decide so they did fire me so i would not do this I also have a open workerscomp claim on them. They will also tell you your truck runs 65 but you are to log it at that state speed limit 75 and 70 come on how can u log your fuel like that with in the hour. well if u dont mind killing your self because one guy there lost his life last year due to this company. ask any of there drivers there they will all tell u dont come here they are trying to all get out of there. also when they fired me for the tires to keep my shut they turned down my unemployment another person there cost them money she cursed out a customer they lost that account for 30 days she got her unemployment. they will sitck it to you if u get hurt on the job not at your fault. It was proven i was not at fault i hired and attorney

Well heck there LT33.I went back and read again your post and I concur-the company raked you over the coals and I hope the attorney can assist you in a positive way.

Any carrier whose drivers show average speeds of 70 m.p.h. will be cited for document falsification if audited . The driver could also be fined and jailed .
