This may be in the wrong thread but it definately applies to a bad company.
However the question itself is simple.
How do these companies continue to get away with reporting outright lies on our DAC reports?
The story is simple and one that hundreds of us share. I went to JB Orientation. Left after 1 day. I told the people there I was leaving they told me to call my recruiter. I did that and she told me to make sure to tell the people there....back and forth over and over. When I was satisfied that everyone knew I was leaving I hopped in my truck and went home. I took my personal pickup to orientation so I didnt need their bus ticket.
Once my DAC was ran later it has a listing from good ole JB....Terminated. Yet I was listed as a satisfacroy employee? Why would you fire me if I was satasfactory? And how can you fire me given that no offer of employment was given or accepted. Nor did any money change hands.
What can we the drivers do to help regualte this DAC gone wild nightmare that these second rate desperate carriers use as a tool to ruin you?

Here is a load they are trying to sell to some one who might be stuck somewhere at half the market rate. Reserve LA to Atlanta GA 508 miles loaded and 70 miles empty for $837 with appointments. Today's deisel price here Slidell LA is $4.00/gal. Please help them get rich as much you can.
