I've done alot of looking into TMC, and I like what I see and hear. Don't think that I personally am going to listen to someone that seems to certainly have no clue about what he's talking about. As far as I see it, anyone can tell you of their great accomplishments on the internet. Problem is that they never will have to prove them. My point? Timtruck has done it all and has all of the answers. But, has he ever actually driven for TMC? That is what I would like to know.

what is the chance of a buddy of mine working for tmc if he failed a pre employment drug screen for werner about 7 or 8 years ago the recruters told us to apply it would be worth a shot if it has been more than 5 years and every thing else is clean as a whisle he is weeling to take a drug test every weak or when ever and he will pay for it out of his on pocket just a bad dumb mistake and he has paid for it dearly

What I was talking about was getting a truck wash at a Blue Beacon or the like. There will be reciepts for that, and any other reciepts that you have saved for reimbursement will also be examined. These folks are very thorough, and they WILL discover any BS that you think you have pulled on your company, or in your logs. Do not mistake the quick log check at a scale for the intense scrutiny that your records will be subjected to after an accident.
In your case, I would reccomend not trying to find ways of fudgeing your log book before you have even started driving. You are headed down the wrong road here.
My thinking is, and always has been- If I have to cheat my logs just to make a decent living, jeopordizing my license, and my freedom, then I am working in the wrong place.
There are legal ways of doing things that will maximize your working availability, learn them.
Respectfully,

TMC has it's quirks. But every company does, when it comes right down too it, the only difference is the name on the door. I don't get screwed, i make good money, ride nice equipment that is maintained to MY Standards, and is washed once a week at the companies expense. I'm also home whenever i want to be.
I love TMC. But, if you're lazy, selfish, arrogant or whatever, i'd look someplace else. It takes a very special, hard working and prideful individual to make it with us. We take alot of pride in our equipment, and the job that we do. -
Thanks for the reply timtruck what about the ever famous 5 year rule since its been about 8 years u would think it is possible since they say a convicted felon can drive after 5 years it just dont seem wright also the things that would and should matter been wrecks tickets dui and dwi or felony he never has had none of that
