Hubby is running for Interstate now!
So far we are happy!
Medical started on the 1st of the month after he started it worked out so we didn't have any time without insurance , which was great.
He is getting good miles and so far the checks have been almost twice as much as what they were with Navahe!!

So far hubby is doing good, just hope it stays that way.
His dispatcher is a decent guy!
He was suppose to come home this weekend but we decided he needed to stay out another week to make a few more mile so he is headed to Miami for Thursday am.
He will make it home hopefully next weekend and we will be able to attend the ....lol Great State fair of Oklahoma........lol! -
The orginal Navajo Freight Lines became part of ABF in 1979, what you have today is some sort of a "splinter" group using the name. At one time Navajo was a well respected freight company. The reason for the "blue eyed Indian" is the result of a mistake of a painter that was hired to paint the logo and thus came the "Route of the Blue-Eyed Indian". -
Yeah when hubby worked there he seen the daughter but she didnt have blue eyes.
Navajo has gone down hill over the pass 3 yrs.
Its really sad when they have litte respect for a driver when the driver loses his dad then 5 months later his brother.
If any of you are sick of me saying this sorry but I will tell anybody and everybody to stay away from Navajo.
Its ashame how badly they treat their drivers but as long as drivers stay with them and hire on they will not change. -
####!!!
Too funny!
Thats some kind of morph picture.
Owners creepy looking daughter + Female Native American.
= Stoned looking chick in an indian costume.
very strange imo -
An even stranger sight is seeing Navajo's help-wanted ad in the Salt Lake Tribune day after day. Remember--Navajo's nearest terminal to SLC is over 500 miles away. I've not seen the Navajo ad lately, but at times I've seen it plenty. It's like they go through a stage over there or hire on some new gung-ho recruiter who thinks he can lure SL drivers to come drive for a company that is way over in Denver. Yeah, that is pretty strange. It's also a sign they're very desperate and thus aren't worth working for. Come on. If Navajo were REALLY any good they'd find plenty of Denver drivers to fill their seats.

Anyone got any good info on Navaho?
Last thing I have seen on here about them was in 2006!
I guess they train newbs out of school. They look like they got good equipment and run all over the country.
Would be interested in any info on them!
Thanks in advance! -
Hey Beezer, ya want info? Here it is: JUST SAY NO TO NAVAJO!!!! My brother and me spent a month there. My truck was ALAWAYS in the shop, they finally told me i oughta work on driving and not on mech skills. Excuse me for wanting my truck to run. We had the same dispatcher, and she always broke her word. We both finally had enough of their crap, and told them to take this job and shove it. My advice? Stay away from Navajo, far far far far far away. :smt067 :smt070 :smt071
