I'm not too worried about it because this isn't the first time it's happened to a driver from there. My husband told the agency to call the Attorney General's office. They didn't seem to want to do that or get involved then. Like I said, Cargo Express has to give you an itemized statement or a bill saying what the charges are. He has not done that. That would be like me saying you owe me $2,000.00. and if you don't pay it I'm taking you to a collection agency. You would want to know what it is for. These guys are just looking for money. No explanation, and it was 5 months after he left the company that they came up with this lame brain idea... I've consulted with a few legal experts and they said the ball is in his court. He has to prove we owe this money. He has to prove when and where and how. We demanded proof and got none.
