Yep newbies, when you go to your OTR company and think they are going to schedule your workday so that it maximizes your income under the 14hour rule, you will have a rude awaking. And a choice to make, which is which team you want to be on. The one that gets the job done and gets paid. Or the one that is sitting around trying to get layover approved.
Do not work for knight transportation!!!

Let's just say that that also doesn't even work. Currently we are having issues with the "Division Manager" being only part time, and with three people in the office...
Wait, it was like this when we were at full staff! Getting PO for local work and layover is stressful enough to make you cry. This isn't like Tulare where KC might get stuff done (as long as it isn't fixing the broken Transflow machine) this is where the office staff's twitter pages look like this:
"I hate work- Its so freakin depressing. Im going home!"
"Its the weekend!!!! This was the craziest day at work! I cant believe how crazy these people are!"
"Work sucks! Drivers suck! I need a vacation!"
These are comments taken right off a office worker's twitter page. Drivers aren't smart enough to use computers, so it's OK to bad talk them online.
OK fine, I'm depressed, can't I just drive this #### truck? -

Look the truth is all of these trucking companies take advantage of there drivers on a regular basis. Its just a matter of sticking somewhere long enough to get out of the barrel so to speak. Your not hanging in there long enough to get to the good work. You've got to grow some thick skin if your going to make it as a driver. Good luck in the future. -

Face it our industry is filled by job hoppers. Each driver is always looking for that greener grass, and most jump at it when they see it. There will always be a company who will hire a driver with a clean enough record no matter how many times he has hopped.

I don't see any advantage of staying at CRE-Fleece for more than a few days and please leave before fleecing.
=it actually looks worse if you do stay. By staying you give these companies more power and overall it's a negative to the industry. =You are doing a disservice to your industry by propping-up the crappy companies.
