I would say it depends on your dispatcher & what terminal u r out of. Some are better than others.

If your not preplanned and already planning a day ahead your not making money. Knight won't even think about your next load until your unloaded. The thing that always bugged me was things like, an open delivery. You take your break and then drive to the customer and unload by 1000. Your next load will be ready at 1900, so your 14 is shot. Had they preplanned you could have delivered in the afternoon and then got your next load with hours to run but instead your day is ruined.
Yep Knights about F'n worthless. -
90% of the time, I had another load waiting to pick up when I emptied out,, thats having someone on the other end thats knows what shes or he is doing. No problems there at all for me. Knight is not worthless, just some of the people they hire to dispatch,, If you dont complain and demand another dispatcher, that bad dispatcher will be there forever,, If knight gets enough complaints or drivers quitting, theyll get rid of that bad apple , mucho pronto.

I don't know. I don't see any raving reviews about Knight. A few people that shrug off Knights endless list of failures in regards to providing a rewarding work environment and are simply content.

I disagree. Knight is extremely structured. There's only so many miles to go around and I know for a fact that a DM will be fired if he plays favorites. Sure there's good and bad DM's but your not going to run 600 miles a day every day and rake in the cash. Sorry but that's not how Knight runs.
Knight's fine for a part timer but if your looking for a $1000 dollars a week, it's not gonna happen. I work to get ahead in life. Why would someone trying to earn a living want to sit around in a truck that won't even idle? To each their own. -

Mr Knight is a rich man and the company is and has been debt free for years. Knight drivers should pat theirselves on the back for helping him accomplish that goal so easily and effortlessly.
