    Transcarriers of Memphis is not in the business to make money but to just get through the day with the least resistance...There is a huge tap dance of well rehearsed,well practiced,repetitive peusdo-factoids of statistical garbage that spews from the mouths of many giving shallow reason why they can only provide approx 2200 miles p/wk,and that they have a low turn over rate,which is false.Transcarriers has a high turn over rate...Transcarriers is not looking for an intelligent driver...Transcarriers is looking for a souless,mindless driver with no personal needs.

    The dispatchers have a haughty air attitude and attempt to look down upon the driver..I have a 225 lb female dispatcher eating cheeseballs and crackers all day arguing on why she thinks she is so correct all day,using guilt trips as a means of control over the driver...and Louisa has been the downfall of many drivers before.Her recent move to customer support is not a promotion,but a mere act of tolerance on her co-workers part.The J.C.Penny spring sale is 7/24/365 in her attire.The vast pastel shades of Institutional seafoam green,and art-deco pink with matching rubber shoes fails to tone down the dictatorship/thugacrosy in her parade preping for another march on Poland...thou actually she is a frail woman and we warn you to tippy toe past the qubical lest she catchs wind of your tailpipe..The others seem dweebish and weak ready for meltdown(Dave)and frankly,when the whistle blows,they all run like hell...The only solid dispatch is the night dispatch who wants nothing to do with the day crew.If you are wanting to define lukewarm,study the behavior here...

    The 3 load planners refuse to preplan in advance..you will will lose a trip per week because of this....they will not plan you until the next day early in the morning,thus you lose precious time and the 14 hour clock burns and finally when u get a load,you will have to run with it and this will set the stage for 14 hour rule violation,and you lose bonus and the snowball of negativity starts to roll.We have been in violation of HOS since day one,for 1.5 years now and rolling...The 3 load planners(one is the owners son)all are very/too comfortable and will do nothing to increase load planning in which the operations manager(Brian) and terminal manager(Wes)will do nothing to cattle prod these people into doing real work...they all have a morning meeting during the most important part of the pre planning day,so while you sit and wait and other preplanners are getting loads,transcarriers is having a meeting while the enemy marches... actually you can make a whopping 36k here at Transcarriers of Memphis...so all that money you could potentially make(45/47k)is not going to happen...you will lose approx 12k p/year if you work here.The ONLY time you will get a preplan according to industry standard is when they bring you in to Fire you!..Transcarriers of Memphis has a hire and fire policy that of "American Idol"If you sing good 20 times,that is ok,but if your off key abit,they will fire you,no write ups,no suspensions...they will suggest that you resign yourself so they not pay unemployment benefits..so save your money!!!!.this happened to a driver buddy of mine here.Transcarriers of Memphis should take the attitude of the show"24 Hours"and get the job done and make some money here,not the shallow American Idol attitude...so...if you have no teeth,no underwear and show tha crack,with lots of body hair,Transcarriers of Memphis is the place for you....:biggrin_2554:

    I drove for them a coupe of years back as an O/O and they were basically ####. Ran me til my eyes bled just to get me back to TN so I could drive my POV back home to VA because they didn't have any runs there, so after 21 days out, I would have to take at least a week ff because I wasted 2 days just driving from and back to Memphis.

    TRANSCARRIERS OF MEMPHIS HAS ENTERED FALSE INFORMATION ON MY DAC REPORT IN AN ATTEMPT TO SABOTAGE MY CAREER AND HINDER MY PROGRESS....ALL I DID WAS KEEP PRESSURE ON DISPATCH AND LOAD PLANNERS TO KEEP ME PRE-PLANNED FOR 14 MONTHS BEFORE I SAW MY W-2 IN WHICH I BAILED SOON THEREAFTER....I KNEW I WAS GOING TO HAVE A WEAK W-2....BECAUSE I WAS SITTING TOO MUCH,AND HAD NO PRE-PLAN.ALL I GOT WAS A WELL-REHEARSED TAP-DANCE THAT WAS AN ENDLESS LOOP AND A ROLODEX OF EXCUSES.

    i AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF REPAIRING THE FALSE ENTRY AND IF THEY DO NOT DO SO I WILL FILE A DEFAMATION SUIT AGAINST THEM GLADLY.

    IT SEEMS THAT THERE ARE TOO MANY OVER-WEIGHT,UNDER-S_X'D,TEN GALLON MOUTHED,REGRETABLE CHILDHOODED,IGNORED BY HUSBAND,UNRESPECTED BY SCREAMING CHILDREN,FEMALE OFFICE WORKERS WHO SPEND TOO MUCH TIME LISTENING TO THE DEVILS ON THEIR SHOULDERS....AND WE THE DRIVERS GET THE BRUNT OF IT....AND ALL THESE COMPANIES...WHO DO THESE FALSE ENTRIES ON YOUR DAC NEED TO BE SUED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT TO THE LAW....EVERY DRIVER NEEDS TO STAND UP AND DOCUMENT ALL EQUIPMENT INSPECTIONS REPORT WHEN YOU LEAVE AND MAKE SURE YOU GET A SIGNED 2 WEEK RESIGNATION....DO YOUR BEST TO DOCUMENT ANY AND ALL EVENTS WHEN YOU PLAN TO JUMP SHIP!

    ALL I WANTED FROM THIS COMPANY....WAS TO KEEP ME MOVING WITH FREIGHT.

    WELL UPON REVIEWING MY DAC RECORD ...I REALIZED THAT IT IS FALSE AND WHEN I CALLED TRANSCARRIERS.....EVA GOT SNIPPY WITH ME AND SAID I NEED TO CONTACT DAC AND SUBMIT A REBUTAL....I WAS IN HOUSTON TEXAS AND A DRIVER FAILED TO YIELD TO THE GET ON RAMP AND COLLIDED INTO MY STEER WHEEL DUE TO THE MOBILE PHONE OBSTRUCTING HER VIEW INTO THE SIDE MIRROR, LEAVING NO DAMAGE TO MY TRUCK AND I WAS NOT CITED...I HAVE A FULL DESKTOP IN MY TRUCK WITH SCANNER,PRINTER,AND INTERNET CAPABILITY AND ALSO USED WINDOWS MESSAGING TO SEND PHOTOS OF THE SCENE 20 MINUTES AFTER IT HAPPENED...I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM ON THIS ISSUE UNTIL I REVIEWD MY DAC RECORD....I WILL SUBMIT TO DAC MY PHOTOS AND GIVE THESE PEOPLE A CHANCE...IF NO RECTIFCATION THEAFTER...I SMELL A CIVIL SUIT AND THEY WILL PAY ALL...THE PHOTOS ARE ACCURATE,I WAS NOT CITED,AND IT IS IMPEDING MY ABILTY TO MAKE A LIVING....I SURE HOPE THEY DO NOT HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT...AS MATTER OF FACT,IT IS VERY STUPID TO TAMPER WITH DRIVERS DAC RECORDS WHEN THOSE DRIVERS ARE OUT IN THE FIELD NEXT TO THE EQUIPMENT....AND IF A DRIVER IS OUT THE DOOR....THEN WHAT DO THEY CARE ANYHOW...IF A DRIVER TRULY DOES NOTHING TO A COMPANY,THEN WHAT DO THEY EXPECT FROM A DRIVERS RIGHTEOUS ANGER?....SUE THEM!...I WOULD NEVER NAME MY DAUGHTER SUE BECAUSE SUE IS NOT A NOUN,IT IS A VERB!

    Well it sounds to me like Transcarrier is in the same league as LW Miller with reguards to the liars and cheaters that they have working for them. Maybe the 2 company's need to merge and set up one really crappy company.

    I guess I have had my fill of being treated like a number and the company not wanting to allow the driver to make enough money to support his family. That is why I quit LW Miller.

    As far as the DAC/USIS problem, good luck on getting that resolved. I had a company put something on my DAC that was not accurate and they said the same thing to me. DAC will allow you to post a rebuttle. Problem is that company's do NOT look at those rebuttle's, just what the Company say's from what I have seen. I even had the medical records to prove what I was saying was the truth and it did me no good. Now that the time is over from that and has been for a few years, the owner of the company that happened at told me to send him a copy of the med records and he will allow me to go back to work there (and I have thought about it, the money was ###### good) but I just do not want to buy a ###### Freightliner truck!!! LMAO

    I had some help from the inside to get my DAC rectified,and all is well on my DAC thusfar....but since then TCARR has dropped the Macro 38 which is for pre-plans because of service failures on the drivers part?....I dont think so...too many empty tractors parked on the lot...

    Let's look at the facts....and this is a blanket statement for the industry...

    There are many companies that still think that life is still below $1.50 per gallon of gas and the cost of living is what it was 3 years ago....and they still pay drivers .36 cpm or lower....and to include short miles...so...if a company is paying short miles instead of practical miles this is bad for you....a short mile company will dispatch you approx 2750 short miles but actually you are driving approx 3100 practical miles....this is a loss of approx 4000 bucks a year plus a dinosaur pay scale doesnt help....I moved to a company that increased my pay from 36 cpm to 42 cpm and from short to practical miles..with a 47 cpm cap and a 3 cnt pay increase to be expected across the board soon...and....when I get dispatched...I get 3 loads to choose from...in other words I will be making approx 55g-58g per year...top pay I heard was 65g p/year....If you are curious,you can contact me at this website using private email.

    I remember this company from a long time ago back when I was a deputy in Shelby Co. I can tell you I spent alot of time there keeping some of them from harm (just my job) but I also have been in trucking since 1973 I wish you good luck in finding a good company. :biggrin_25510:
