You are full of poop. Someone said TA gives them 3790 miles a week. Garbage as no one runs 3790 a week without cheating. No one should ever lease without a lawyer looking it over first. Period.

I will be more then happy to join in on the class action against trans am trucking. I went thru their orientation back in late December. They said yes you can make an additional $0.41 on top of the $0.84 and make a total of $1.25 a mile. They also said to the orientation I went thru that they have or had drivers that made 6 figures a year. My brother in-law found other things about trans am trucking that when lease ops were under the impression that if they brought the truck back they would get a bus home, trans am screwed them once again ant told them to leave the property or be escorted off by the police. Feel free to contact me @ robert_giddens46@yahoo.com please put trans am in subject line

Wish I would have read all the reviews about trans am before I went thru orientation and listening to the hype how green the pasture is if you lease. My brother in-law found other things about trans am trucking that isn't right how they treat their drivers. I feel if he can get enough former drivers together he'd help find a lawyer to file a class action against trans am. I believe he told me earlier in the week trans am should be investigated and shut down. Feel free to contact me @ robert_giddens46@yahoo.com if you are still interested in pursuing the case. If you know any other former drivers from trans am that were screwed pass my e-mail along. All I ask is put trans am in the subject line so I know it's not spam.

Please contact me at robert_giddens46@yahoo.com, I can get all my paper work together by the end of the day east coast time and fax it to you Monday morning. Please put something in the subject line regarding trans am. I feel I was made to believe that being a lease op you can make so much money but being a former lease op they limit the miles, they promise between 3,000 to 4,500 miles a week in three weeks I drove 6,100 miles.

I'm sorry but in order for TA contract to work, you need to carefully review it with an attorney before you sign.
That's what I did and I was able to plan ahead. A lot of truckers need to think more like businessmen and not employees.
And like one person said, document everything!

So apparently Trans Am tried to have the law suit thrown out but the motion was denied. So the case was heard. I wasn't able to find any more information on it though. What was the final outcome of this lawsuit, anyone know?
