Let's face it, imagination and creativity can get you a long way. So far in the past 3 months of driving, I've come across several very creative police officers doing their jobs in a rather amusing way.
So what all have you seen? (If you got caught, nobody cares. I'm just curious how creative they'll get.)
example: saw a marked car off the side of the road with the hood up (was tempted to pull over and ask if he needed help) it was only after I'd begun to stop and passed him that I realized he was shooting the laser out from behind his hood...
The police have imagination...

Unmarked silver Dodge Charger with those little flags you roll your window up on. He used to work Sheboygan/Ozaukee Counties, I-43 Wisconsin but I think he got a new car since; I haven't seen him in a while.
I've also seen one trooper who was on a chair shooting laser. He had a battery pack and 3 or 4 chase cars.Last edited: Dec 14, 2014

Wow... I thought for sure the police would be more creative than this.
While not creative, I was coming back up I85 on a delivery today. 9 police cars on the side of the road. One gunning, the rest running. -
Did you guys ever see the cardboard cut outs?
Vilhiem Thanks this. -

In Boulder city, Nv, they place marked cars with blow up dolls dressed as cops in the seats, seen this many times in this area, next time I see one, I'll stop and take a picture and post it

Il. state police do this also -
im surprised a Cop volunteered the use of their own personal possession for the job or did they buy the Blow up Doll using TaxPayer Funds...im not clear on that point. (musing over the Training Aid...it sounds like a monologue where one is always right...even when they are not being pressing the Subject hard enuf...myself, i dont want to burst anyones "bubble" but im puzzled by its selective value.)
