Almost Killed Someone Last Night

Wow did anyone notice this thread was started back in 2008 with the last post made in early 2009 until a few days ago, i need to go see if the op still posts here anymore.

There's very few exits/on ramps on that stretch... And no place to go if someone's coming at you. As far as I'm concerned, I-10 from Irish Bayou to Scott is a war zone...

 

Saw a wrong way driver in Phoenix around 4am on I-10 as I was heading home the day after Thanksgiving. They were in the HOV lane so I'm guessing they got on at one of those HOV ramps that enter from the median but took the wrong one. They were being chased down by the AHP.

I agree with you...cause it's normal to speed up when passing another vehicle...infact your suppose to speed up to get around them as quick as possible...

And that's all driver would have to say is that they sped up to pass other truck, and could say they sped up even more, once they saw vehicle was in driving down interstate wrong direction...

Sometimes though, ones own confession or unessisary blurting out of information, can and will be used against you...

In a situation like that, it's best to stay quite until you get a lawyer...
