Just got done seasoning the 4.5 pound London Broil, seared both sides well, now slow grilling on the BBQ...The Little Boss Lady is doing up her special mashed potato recipe, (garlic, sour creme, salt/pepper, butter and onion salt)...also some fresh carrots steaming on the stove. And for dessert...fresh whipped creme, fresh strawberries sweetened just right, on top of Angel Food Cake.

I met a very lovely young woman this afternoon in West Memphis. We enjoyed coffee and desSert. There was this rather large feller sitting next to her in the booth...he seemed rather fond of this young woman. Perhaps, if he plays his cards right, she might accompany him in his big, black KW900!
