Still in El Paso. Customer rejected the trailer again.
Different tire this time. But I'm having two changed because there's a dime-sized bit of rubber gouged out of the middle of one they didn't reject for.
Apparently, one of the rent-a-cops is a former DOT officer who thinks he's still on the job, only now that he's working for a private company, he can be an even bigger richard-head than when he had to adhere to FMCSR.

It's not Swift's fault. Just a real PITA customer. They finally took the trailer andi will be getting what Swift calls X-Pay for my time and mileage. This customer does not allow us to bobtail over for a load. Just a bunch of DOT wannabes with plastic badges. That's all. Soon as the rear hubs are tightened and cleaned up on this trailer, I'll be rolling.
