Parking on the side of the road is often illegal in a non-emergency capacity. Roehl's company policy is: no parking on the side of the road. If he marked that he'd checked in w/ shipper. It would be a log violation.

Then he broke his 10 hour break. another log violation. If both of these happened in Evo III, yeah, Roehl would cut him loose.

Well, I pushed back one week so I will be starting at RDTC on the 25th. I am pretty excited. The good things I have heard about Roehl have far out-weighed the bad. I am really looking forward to getting started. I'll be sure to let everybody know how it goes.

Starting March 10th

I'm starting March 10th-- 7/4-7/3 Honor Program. Retired last year and decided a cushy desk job was just not for me. The guy with the two violations sounds like he screwed himself. Age 21--hard age to keep the ears open and mouth shut.

So I passed my DOT Physical today, but I didn't get my card. The company that handles Roehl's medical stuff instructed the doctor's office to send everything to them. So now I am trying to figure out how to get a copy of the certificate so I can get my Class A permit. Start day is approaching fast, I hope I don't have to push back again.

Are you kidding me??? These aren't beginner mistakes. These clearly show a lack of common sense or utter stupidity. Not knowing if it's 6:30 am or 6:30 pm? How did you ever survive in the military?

You keep blaming Roehl when it's obvious YOU'RE the problem. Grow up, Bob!

Your last comment really takes the prize. You are not owed a civilian job just because you served a few years in the military. You got a paycheck for your military service. You were compensated. Period.

Some civilian companies offer incentives to help vets. But you need to keep in mind that NO company owes you anything for your very abbreviated military service.

Many kids leave the military more mature and better prepared to enter the civilian workforce. You seem crippled by an entitlement attitude and that's going to hurt you in the long run.

Bonuses while on Honor Salary

I specifically asked my recruiter Rob if we qualify for bonuses while on salary and he said we do. HOWEVER, I wouldn't bank on the bonuses for the first year or so, being newbies.
