5/5/14 WDTC Marshfield

Hey, dragonfly, good luck hopefully you can get in. I start 5/5/14 maybe we will b in same class. Again good luck. I can't wait myself. Counting the days!!

 

Well, the goo news is in. Myself and the driver I started with both passed. as well as the guy who has been with us the last couple days who failed two weeks ago. Time for a little bit of rest after a tense day, then we're going out to a local buffet to stuff our faces for a celebratory dinner.

 

Buffets can be good, but Lammas BBQ down the road next to the mobile gas station is really good.

Alright. So, the World Buffet like a 1/4 mile from the hotel rocks. Most of the food is awesome, some, not so much, but much more good than bad. $10 for dinner too.

I can say with a high level of confidence that if you listen to your instructor, comprehend what he is teaching you, and put it into practice, you WILL pass.

 

Hey, gingersquatch! It is going to be so much easier to drive this week with the pressure off. It was nice meeting you at school. I was wondering if the other guy had passed. So glad he did. He worked really hard to get through it. Hopefully, Brad from our class will get through it on his next try. I agree, if you guys listen to your instructors, you will get through it. If they can teach me, they can teach anybody. Best of luck to you all.

Ol, BTW the asian food place right beside the Festival (right beside the hotel) has great sushi. That is where I went for my celebration dinner after passing.

 

Hey, power stroke , how's it going do you got your physical and permit out of the way? And now counting the days down? I got a app on my phone letting me know how many days I got left. Not looking forward leaving the wife but I'm sure looking forward to being out there

 

I'm signed up to start training on 4/7...anybody else going to be in that class? Not sure how I'm gonna get there yet and was hoping to find someone to catch a ride with.
