7/7 Driver WTF!

    I'm so sick and tired of the other driver leaving the truck a wreck. The jerk cleans the inside which is appreciated but EVERY time I take the truck out, its got new wiper fluid, DEF is on yellow. Or the big ones like, a bent rim or a torn off mudflap like
    I'm taking care of right now.

    I tell my dispatcher that every week its something new but it goes unheard. I have to spend MY time taking it in the terminal to get fixed!

    What else do I do??

    Bring it up to Management. Let them know that the previous driver is damaging the equipment and it's costing them $$$.

    Time for a new company.

    I belive you have stumbled upon the joys of slip seating! Also the same concept goes for team driving. You could try to request switching to slip seat with a different driver.
