    Yea you won't have problems with the test unless you literally can't move or bend over or do much of anything.

    I would just work out some do some brisk walking and get your heart used to pumping a little faster. The agility test really is simple my grandmother could do it. Its really about your heart rate so if you are not a active person I would suggest some exercise.

    Thanks s/b/g . I have been active , climbing ladders almost every day , working on homes . But haven't in the last few weeks , finished my last job a couple weeks ago. But I've been doing the exercise's they require. It's just my age that I'm concerned about. Thanks guys you all have been great.

    Just remember cliff. You got 3 weeks with a pool at your disposal. Swim some laps of it every day and you'll build your cardio up real quick. As for the test, van guys have it very very easy. Us bedders had to carry an extra 35 lbs and climb a ladder and walk a balance beam. It was hell I say!
