Well said. I have been reading the Roehl board for a few hours now. There seem to be two themes - Good solid company, and good place to "start". Looks like mostly company driver posts, which I really enjoy. Maybe this is not the place - tell me if it is not - but have I missed a thread with some O/O content? I'm contemplating putting some trucks on with Roehl and I'm just looking for information about that experience. My hope is to be able to provide solid jobs for 3 or 4 drivers, so I need to make a good carrier choice if I expect to attract good drivers. Any thoughts from anyone?

Viking, since you're a bed trainer, I'd like to pose a few questions. I'm an O/O flatbedders son who will not be able to get on the insurance if I get my license "the old fashioned way" for about a year, so I'm likely going to need to go to a starter company. Here's the thing, my gf and I both want to get our cdl and team drive, does this mean i'm stuck in van or will flatbed allow us in? I love flatbed and currently throw straps with my dad, have been this whole year. I really don't want to bump docks.
