I'm thinking about starting with Roehl and have a few questions:

    1) What is the pay like? Cents per mile? Average gross pay for company driver?
    2) Do the trucks have APU's and allow inverters?
    3) What do you like most about Roehl?
    4) What is your biggest complaint?
    5) Do you really get to run all 48 states?

Thanks in advance for your feedback!

    1. Industry average pay.
    I started at 0.30.
You get a student raise at 3 & 6 months. 0.02 each. This co driver grosses 600-800.00 lately.
    2. No APU. Inverts installef by co at request and expense of driver. Invert will have a timer on it though.
    3. Steady home time. Holidays off most of time.
    4. They do not meet their goal of weekly miles a good deal of weeks. Gary Term Maintain.
    5. I don't. Am regional. But in this job, yet not a tourist.
    Hit Canada too BTW.

I went through a school back home. Think they teach better than Roehl does...but hey.
Roehl offers to cover cost and deduct. Its a way to the drivers seat, just not my way. I got in with No worker left behind funds.

I think the newness has worn off me. I'm at the point when Roehl tests drivers to see if they'd quit over low miles.
