I am in southwest trucking school right now and looking at my options when finish. does anyone work foe roehl? and if so does anyone work the western region as a flatbed driver? is this a good company? thank you and any insight i can get would be greatly appreciated.

You might give TMC a look also. Melton has a pet policy for animals 50 lbs and lower. The physical test flatbed companies give you will either involve picking up a 89 lbs tarp and putting it on trailer, or lifting some other weight and taking it from point a to point b. I'd get into heavy hauling if I were you though. You'll only drive during the day, and you won't have to tarp as much as you would doing regular flatbed.
