Whoever's in charge of the gary yard, in my opinion, really needs to get that mess of 61xxx trailers under control. I left a pirate treasure map with my last relay so the relay driver could find it. I was gonna park it in the backing training hole but a flatbed already beat me to that spot. So just left in sideways next to some other misplaced unknown trailers by a light pole. Lucked out and found a 64xxx my. Guy comes walking up in the dark and cold while I'm doing paperwork.. Says he's been on a week and wondered if I knew where the MTS were located...lol poor chap, I can only imagine how many he checked last night.

seems like something they'll need to get squared away before the snow starts piling up

I saw the title of this post on the side bar and thought it was about the Swift terminal ... must be something about Gary.

I was about ready to drive across the street and ask Schneider if they had room for the night.

Let's work on the lazy cluster@#$% of dropped relays first!
Pisses me off, that none are on the pad and all of them are dropped on a 20-45 degree lazy driver angle!!!

Yea it's ridiculous there. Can't even find a place to park unless you head directly to the back row. Why didn't they stick those 61's back there? Really stupid planning on somebody's part. And yes when the snow starts piling up it's going to be much worse.

I moved across the railroad tracks to Orange. Thought it would be organized in Schneider's yard. NOT! The loaded are mixed in with the empties. Transient parking up by building, a bobtail area but the rest seems to be a mystery.

Gary was usually fairly organized. The loaded on the north side, empties along the railroad track, the bobtails over back by training track. Construction really screwed things up along with a surplus of equipment.
