I worked for them in 2010 for four months, but I can tell you a couple of things from my experience with them. I averaged between 2,400-2,500 miles as A regional driver, and did 3,200 Miles the one and only time I ran on the 7/7 fleet, then I got a local job. As far as the main thing you were asking about being a flatbedder with them, pay for that started at 33cpm, but they have since raised it to 35cpm. After 1 year you should be at 40cpm+. They pay for tarping and all that extra pay, including canada pay, and short haul pay. When I was there, flat bed drivers seemed to be around 2,100-2,300 miles a week with some struggling to average 2,000. Roehl is very good about Hometime, and many of their drivers take advantage of that. So, if you volunteer to stay out longer, you should do a little better. Take-home pay can vary greatly from person to person do to how many people you claim, your deductions etc. gross pay should be between $800-$850 a week. If you want to maximize your hometime maybe you'd be closer to $750, if you stay out long probably $900+. After 1 year you should be able to make $1,000 a week, but by then you will probably have moved on to bigger and better things.

    Bjk1086 Thanks this.
